Medical Insurance

BCI students are covered under a Group Medical Insurance Scheme arranged with NTUC for hospitalisation and related medical treatment during their studies in Singapore.

Group Medical Insurance Coverage

Brentvale College International (BCI) provides all enrolled students with medical insurance coverage under a Group Medical Insurance Scheme arranged with NTUC. This coverage ensures protection for hospitalisation and related medical treatment during the student’s course of study in Singapore.

Details of the policy, including benefits and claim procedures, will be explained to students during the Orientation Programme.

Important: Students who already have valid medical insurance coverage in Singapore (e.g., through employment or other equivalent policies) may request an exemption by providing documentary proof. Please contact our Student Services Office for more information.

Making a Claim

In the event of an accident, medical emergency, or hospitalisation, students should notify BCI’s Student Services Department as soon as possible.

This insurance covers accidents only and does not cover general illness, pre-existing conditions, or other exclusions stated in the insurance policy. Claims must be supported with relevant medical documents and receipts, and submitted within the required timeframe.

Students who wish to make a claim may approach the Student Services Department at Level 1 or email student_admission@bci.edu.sg for assistance with the claim process.
