The scheme safeguards students' fees in the event that the Private Education Institute is unable to continue operations or fails to deliver the course as agreed. Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA)
BCI is committed to protecting the personal data of our students, staff, and stakeholders in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
Refund Policy
This policy explains the conditions, procedures, and timelines for refund requests, as stated in the Student Contract and applicable regulatory requirements.
Transfer / Withdrawal / Deferment Policy
This policy guides students who wish to transfer to another programme or withdraw/defer from their course.
Grievance & Dispute Resolution
BCI provides a structured channel for students to raise feedback, concerns, or disputes, with escalation procedures where required.
Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)
All student fees are protected under the FPS Group Insurance (FPS-G) by Liberty Insurance, as required by SSG.
Medical Insurance
BCI arranges medical insurance coverage for eligible students. Coverage is subject to the terms, limits, and exclusions of the insurance policy.
Partnerships
BCI supports students through selected academic collaborations and pathway arrangements, including Cambridge International programmes and progression options with Curtin Singapore and PSB Academy.
Progression to external institutions is subject to their prevailing admission requirements and final approval.

Registered Cambridge International
BCI is registered as a Cambridge International School, authorised to offer selected Cambridge International programmes, including Cambridge Primary and Cambridge IGCSE, subject to the terms of its registration with Cambridge International Education.
Curtin Singapore
BCI has a pathway arrangement with Curtin Singapore to provide students with information and guidance on relevant progression options.
Students must meet the applicable programme entry requirements, and final admission subject to Curtin Singapore.
PSB Academy
Graduates of BCI's High School Diploma programme may be eligible to apply for selected PSB Academy courses, subject to PSB Academy's prevailing admission requirements, programme availability, and final admission assessment.
