Privacy Policy (PDPA)
Brentvale College International (BCI) is committed to protecting the personal data of our students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
Collection of Personal Data
We collect personal data for the purposes of student enrolment, administration, academic management, student welfare, and communication. Data collected may include name, identification documents, contact information, academic records, and health information where necessary.
Use of Personal Data
Personal data is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected, including processing applications, managing student records, communicating with parents and guardians, and fulfilling regulatory obligations.
Disclosure of Personal Data
BCI will not disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities including SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

Refund Policy
BCI's refund policy is in accordance with the requirements of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) Standard Student Contract. All refunds are processed within 7 working days of the refund request being approved.

* Miscellaneous fees (e.g., registration, application fees) are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to the terms stated in the Student Contract.
Dispute Resolution
BCI is committed to resolving any disputes or grievances fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:
Contact BCI's Student Affairs Office at studentaffairs@bci.edu.sg or +65 6100 1995. We aim to resolve all complaints within 21 working days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, students may seek mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
Students may also approach the CPE Student Services Centre at 1 Marina Boulevard, #18-01, One Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989, or call 6512 1140.
