Student Contract

BCI uses the standard Student Contract as prescribed by the Committee for Private Education (CPE).

About the Student Contract

Under the Private Education Act, all Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore are required to use the standard Student Contract prescribed by the Committee for Private Education (CPE). This contract protects the rights and interests of both students and the institution.

The Student Contract must be signed before a student commences their course at BCI. It outlines the rights and obligations of both parties, including course details, fees, refund policy, and dispute resolution procedures.

Students are encouraged to read the contract carefully and seek clarification on any terms before signing. You may request a copy of the contract template from our Admissions Office.

Key Contract Contents

  • Course details and duration
  • Total course fees and payment schedule
  • Refund policy and conditions
  • Fee Protection Scheme details
  • Medical insurance information
